Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh job demand, job
crafting, perceived organizational support, employee wellbeing pada perawat IGD
dan ICU RSUD Dr. Sokardjo Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan
adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, Adapun teknik pengambilan
sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi
linear berganda dengan SPSS Version 26 for Windows. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa job demand berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap
employee wellbeing, job crafting berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
employee wellbeing, perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap employee wellbeing.
Kata Kunci: Tuntutan Pekerjaan, Job Crafting, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi,
Kesejahteraan Karyawan
