Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE, TRAINING, SUPERVISION, AND MOTIVATION ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE (Survey of Private Vocational High School Teachers in Tasikmalaya Regency) By : Ega Fajar Ramdhani NIM: 228334020 Supervisor: H. Dedi Kusmayadi H. Asep Yusup Hanapia This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, training, supervision and motivation on the performance of teachers at Private Vocational High Schools in Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this research was a survey method with a population studied of 270 teachers at Private Vocational High Schools in Tasikmalaya Regency. The data collected is primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using a path approach using SPSS Version 26 software. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of leadership style, training, supervision and motivation on the performance of teachers at Private Vocational High Schools in Tasikmalaya Regency, both partially and Simultaneously, the better the leadership style, precise training, implementation of supervision and frequent motivation of teachers, the performance of teachers at Private Vocational High Schools in Tasikmalaya Regency will increase.
