Abstract

Emotions are related to every human activity, especially a teacher in the classroom. Furthermore, teachers with less experience, such as pre-service teachers in school�based internship programs. The teacher should adjust their personality to the classroom. There are two main personalities: extroverts with their open and introverts with their closed personalities. Emotional geography can be studied to reveal the influence of humans on the environment around them. Previous research has focused more on professional teachers with more experience. There is a study with only pre-service itself without including the personality side of the teacher. This thesis is made to reveal how the introverted pre-service teacher in school�based internship programs can solve the issue of personality problems to finish the program. This thesis includes one of the pre-service teachers with an introverted personality revealed by the test of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Frequently done by the participant with constant results. Use the narrative case study. The data was collected through a semi-structured interview and analyzed using narrative analysis. The result proved one story with five themes of emotional geography. Introverted pre-service teachers can be good teachers if they find a solution to the issue of personality problems. This thesis has the purpose of encouraging students of educational faculty and the teacher applicants having encouragement to fulfill their dreams apart from the personality they have. Eventually, emotional geography is too far too wide to be studied. For further research, the researcher suggested focusing on one theme but digging deep into the story.
