Abstract

The objective of the research is to determine the This research aims to determine (1) Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Share Prices in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. (2) The influence of the Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Dividend Payout Ratio on Stock Prices. (3) Simultaneous influence of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Dividend Payout Ratio on Stock Prices. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach and a sampling technique using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis with the E-views 9 tool. In this research, based on purposive sampling criteria, 25 companies were obtained as samples. The research results show that the Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Dividend Payout Ratio and Share Prices in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange experienced fluctuations during the year of observation. The results of hypothesis testing show that the Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin partially have a positive and insignificant effect on Stock Prices, the Dividend Payout Ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on Stock Prices and the Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Dividend Payout Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Prices in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period.
