Abstract

THE EFFECT OF WORKLOAD, AND JOB INSECURITY ON BURNOUT (Research On Cleanning Staff at DLH Tasikmalaya City) By: DEA HIDAYATI MUNGGARAN 193402077 Under the guidance of: Gusti Tia Ardiani Indi Ramadhani The aimed of this research was to determine and analyze workload, job insecurity, burnout and the effect of workload and job insecurity on burnout of cleanning staff in DLH Tasikmalaya City. The research method use was a survey method, data obtained directly through questionnaires to 63 respondents who were THL cleaning staff at DLH Tasikmalaya City. Sampling used a census method and the analytical tool used in this research was path analysis. Based on the research results, workload, job insecurity and burnout on cleanning staff at DLH Tasikmalaya City are classified as medium. Based on research, workload and job insecurity have a significant effect on burnout of cleaning staff at DLH Tasikmalaya City either partially and simultaneously.
