CHANGSIN REKSA JAYA GARUT DISTRICT By: SHAFANA AINUL FAJRI 183402088 Below Guidance : Anne Kurniawati Gusti Tia Ardiani The purpose of this research is to determine and analyzw the influence of work wages and non-physical work environment on the work motivation of employees in the mechanical section of PT. Changsin Reksa Jaya, Garut Regency. The research method used ia a survey method with data collection techniques carried out by distributing questionnaires to 32 respondents taken from employees of the mechanical department of PT.Changsin Reksa Jaya, Garut Regency. Samling used saturared samples and the data analysis method used multiple linier regression analysis. The research results show that work wages area in a good classification, the non-physical work environment is in a fairly good classification, and work motivation is in a good classification. There is an influence of work wages and non-physical work environment on the work motivation of mechanical department employess PT. Changsin Reksa Jaya, Garut Regency.
