PENGARUH LEVERAGE, LIKUIDITAS DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS (Survei pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2021)

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Leverage, Liquidity, Company Size and Profitability in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. (2) The effect of Leverage, Liquidity and Company Size partially on Profitability in Property and Real Estate Companies in 2017-2021. (3) The effect of Leverage, Liquidity and Company Size simultaneously on Profitability in Property and Real Estate Companies in 2017 2021. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach. Determination of the research sample was obtained through purposive sampling method, the study used secondary data with a research sample of 15 Property and Real Estate companies. The analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis with a ratio measurement scale. Based on the research results, it can be seen that(1) Leverage, Liquidity, Company Size and Profitability in property and real estate companies in 2017-2021 from year to year experience changes and fluctuate (2) Leverage partially has a negative and significant effect on Profitability, Liquidity partially has a negative and siginificant effect on Profitability, Company Size partially has a negative and insignificant effect on Profitability. (3) Leverage, Liquidity and Company Size simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability.
