This study aims to determine the Return on Asset, Return on Equity and stock prices in pharmaceutical industri companies listed on the IDX period 2018-2022, and to examine the effect of Return on Asset, and Return on Equity on stock prices either partically or simultaneously. The method used in the research is quantitative method with a survey approach, and purposive sampling technique is used to withdrawal samples. panel data regression is used to analyse the data. The results of study show that Return on Asset in pharmaceutical industri Companies fluctuated during the year of study, Return on Equity in pharmaceutical industri Companies fluctuated during the year of study, stock prices in pharmaceutical industri Companies fluctuated during the year of study. The results of hypothesis testing show that Return on Asset has a significant effect on stock prices, Return on Equity has a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, Return on Asset and Return on Equity have a significant effect on stock prices in pharmaceutical industri companies listed on the IDX period 2018 2022.
