his study aims to determine the implementation of Election Commission Regulations policy Number 6 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of the Election of Governors and Deputy Governors, Regents and Deputy Regents, Mayors and/or Mayors and Deputy Mayors Simultaneously Continued in Non-Natural Disaster Conditions Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the implementation of the 2020 Simultaneous Regional Head Elections in Tasikmalaya Regency which regulates the avoidance of gathering gatherings and crowds, while the General Election is identical as an activity that gathers the masses and deals directly with people. The theory that is considered to have relevance as a rationale is the theory of public policy implementation. Through this theory, it will be possible to see the shape of the implementation of general elections during the pandemi by going through special regulations. The research methodology used is a descriptive qualitative research method that describes the conditions that occur from the author's point of view and uses information obtained through interviews, literature studies, and observations of informants who have skills regarding research material. The results of the study show that policy implementation has goals that must be achieved. The success of policy implementation depends heavily on clear goals and clear and precise targets. Depending on the communication skills of implementers in conveying the aims and objectives of enforcing the implementation of policies for the public, public policies are also usually overlaid by the interests of political actors to achieve their political desires.
