Abstract

The Effect of Teamwork and Work Motivation on Employee Performance (A research on employees in the fashion sector of Asia Plaza Tasikmalaya Mall) By: Dede Intan NIM. 203402006 Guide: Prof. Dr. H. Deden Mulyana, S.E., M.Si. Dian Kurniawan, S.E., M.Si. The objective of the research was to fine out the effect of the influence of teamwork and work motivation on employee performance in fashion employees at Asia Plaza Tasikmalaya Mall. The research method used was a survey method with an explanatory verification type approach, sampling used a purposive sampling method. The data collecting technique used to obtain the primary data was carried out through questionnaires, secondary data was obtained from literature review and other relevant parties. The analysis tool used path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that: (1) teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (3) teamwork and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
