Abstract

ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF COURTESY, INFORMATION ACCESS AND LOCATIONS ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (Survey on Muslim spa in Cilegon City) By: SEHNAZ BANO NPM: 138334071 Counselor: H. Kartawan Dedi Rudiana The research objectives of this research ware to know and analyze about employee courtesy, access to information, business location and influence of employee courtesy, information access, location to customer satisfaction at spa Muslimah in Cilegon City Center region simultaneously and partially. The research method used is survey method and data collection technique through interview, questionnaire and documentation study. The population was taken from the Muslim Spa customer by purposive sampling technique as much as 100 respondents. Data analysis technique in this research using path analysis. The results showed that courtesy, access to information and location have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at spa Muslimah in Cilegon City Central Region either simultaneously and partially.
