Abstract

Factor Analysis of Job Satisfaction of Female Employees (Siliwangi University Case Study) By : KHALFAN AL KAUTSAR RACHMAWAN 193402215 Under the Guidance Dedi Rudiana Nuryanti Taufik The Purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the job statisfaction factors of female employees at Siliwangi University. The methode used is a quantitative methode by collecting data through a scale. The data analysis techniques used are weighting respondents answers, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, validity and reability tests. The research results based on descriptive analysis show that the result of the the recapitultion of the job statistafcion factor variabel have obtained the average results of respondents answer regarding job statisfaction factors for the females employee in the somewhat statisfied category. Based on the results of the verification analysis regarding confirmatory job statisfaction, it appears that the results of each test on job statisfaction indicators, namely salary, promotion, policies, work environment, flexibility and support, are stated as significant indicators and are indicators of the job statisfaction variable.
