Neneng Rina Andriani The research aims to examine the effect of independent variables, including Profitability, Solvency and Liquidity, on the dependent variable, namely share prices of coal sub-sector mining companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach. The population in the research was 33 coal sub-sector mining companies registered on the IDX in 2018-2022, with 20 companies selected as samples that met the requirements through purposive sampling techniques. Statistical analysis of data using eviews 12. Based on the research results, it can be seen that: (1) Profitability fluctuates and is less stable, fluctuating solvency tends to decrease, liquidity tends to be stable, share prices tend to increase. (2) Profitability partially influences share prices, solvency partially influences share prices and liquidity partially influences share prices. (3) Profitability, solvency and liquidity simultaneously have a significant effect on share prices.
