This study aims to determine the capital structure, profitability and firm value in BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2018-2022, and to examine the effect of capital structure and profitability on firm value either partically or simultaneously. The method used in the research is quantitative method with a survey approach, and purposive sampling technique is used to withdrawal samples. panel data regression is used to analyse the data. The results of study show that capital structure in BUMN Companies fluctuated during the year of study, probafitability in BUMN Companies fluctuated during the year of study, firm value in BUMN Companies fluctuated during the year of study. The results of hypothesis testing show that structure capital has a negative effect on firm value, profitability has no effect on firm value. Simultaneously, capital structure and profitability have a significant effect on firm vaue in BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2018-2022.
