Abstract
The objective of this research was to determine and analyze the effect of organizational support on employee performance with dual role conflict as a moderating variable for married female employees at CV. Putra AR. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, the data collection technique used for primary data is through a questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample with 62 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square) using Smart.PLS 4.0 software. The results showed that: organizational support has a positive effect on employee performance, and dual role conflict moderates the relationship between organizational support and employee performance.
