THE EFFECT OF WORKLOAD, WORK ENVIRONMENT AND REWARDS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (Study on Production Employees of CV Sukahati Chicken Slaughterhouse) By: Vikry Hakiki NPM 203402097 Under the Guidance: Asep Budiman Ane Kurniawati The objective of this reseach was to determine and analyze the Influence of Workload, Work Environment and Rewards on Employee Performance (Study on Employees in the Production Division of CV Sukahati Chicken Slaughterhouse). The research method used in the study used a survey method with a quantitative approach. Quantitative research methods are one type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned and clearly structured from the beginning to the creation of the research design. The data collection technique used was a survey method. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study showed that Workload, Work Environment and Rewards influenced employee performance in employees in the production division of CV Sukahati Chicken Slaughterhouse.
