IMPLEMENTASI ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) DALAM SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN LOKASI TERBAIK PADA PERUMAHAN BARU DI KOTA TASIKMALAYA LAPORAN PENELITIAN TUGAS AKHIR

The growth in the number of households that have access to decent and affordable housing in Tasikmalaya City continues to increase. This shows that residential development in Tasikmalaya City continues to develop. People's criteria for choosing housing vary greatly depending on the priority of the criteria chosen in accordance with their expectations of the housing they will be living in. This variety of choices is a problem for housing developers and the community in determining housing criteria and location. This research aims to create an information system that can support residential development in new housing developments in Tasikmalaya City. This goal can be achieved by creating a Decision Support System (DSS) that considers all housing selection criteria to speed up and simplify the decision making process by implementing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The research results show that risk criteria are the main priority from the perspective of stakeholders and the general public and design criteria are the last priority. Information based on selection criteria can be accessed via the Sistem Masa Depan (SIMADEP) application which can help users in making decisions.
