Abstract

ABSTRAK Elsi Milawati Anggraeni, 2020. NPM. 162165111. PENGARUH NORMA SUBJEKTIF DAN KONTROL PERILAKU TERHADAP INTENSI BERWIRAUSAHA. Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Siliwangi dibawah Bimbingan H. Yoni Hermawan, Drs., M.Pd., dan Rd. Roro Suci Nurdianti, M.Pd. This study aims to identify and analyze the entrepreneurial intentions of students in the Department of Marketing and Accounting at MAK Daarul Abroor Cisayong and the factors that influence it, namely Subjective Norms and Control Behavior. This is motivated by the high number of entrepreneurs with high school graduate education levels, and the phenomenon of low participation rates. The research method used is quantitative research using survey methods with data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The sample studied was 143 students of class X, XI, XII majoring in Marketing and Accounting at MAK Daarul Abroor Cisayong. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. The research findings show that: (1) the general description of students majoring in Marketing and Accounting at MAK Daarul Abroor Cisayong has strong subjective norms, high behavioral control and strong entrepreneurial intentions, (2) subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. it is known that the value of t is greater than t table, namely t count 2.776> t table 1.97705 and a significant value of 0.006 is smaller than 0.05. (3) Behavior control has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, which is known that the t value is greater than t table, namely t count 5.658> t table 1.97705 and a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. (4) Subjective Norms and Behavioral Controls together have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions in students of the MAK Marketing and Accounting Department Daarul Abroor Cisayong, which is known that the value of f count is greater than f table, namely f count 46,001> f table 3.06 and a significant value of 0,000 is smaller than 0.05.
