Abstract

This intership working practices undertaken to learn more details about the Opning Procedure Batara Pension Savings Account In. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk, Tasikmalaya branch office with work practice methods using participant Observation and in-depth interviews.the data by observing thr daily activitas that occur in the PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk, branch office Tasikmalaya and conducting interviews whit bank employees branch office appointed by the author. The results of the work practice to discuss the steps that shound be done in the account opening procedure god PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk, Tasikmalaya branch office, where the account custumer. The author gives advice to the PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk, branch office Tasikmalaya to perform account opening services to custumers whit even better that account opening procedures can be run more effectively.
