ABSTRACT EFFECT OF LIQUIDITY, FINANCIAL STABILITY AND FINANCIAL TARGET AGAINST FRAUDLENT FINANCIAL STATEMENT (Survey of registered Food and Beverage Companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 Period) By: ELSA AMALIA DILAH 193403102 Guide I : Adil Ridho Fadilah Guide II : R. Neneng Rina Andriyani The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of liquidity, financial stability and financial targets on fraudulent financial statements (survey of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period). In this research, the method used by the author is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used for secondary data were obtained from literature reviews and other relevant parties. The analysis tool uses multiple regression analysis of panel data. The research results show that: 1) Liquidity, Financial stability, Financial Target and Fraudlent Financial Statements in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange are experiencing an up and down trend. 2) Financial stability and Financial Target partially influence Fraudlent Financial Statements in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. liquidity has a positive and insignificant effect on Fraudulent Financial Statements in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.3) Liquidity, Financial stability and Financial Target influence Fraudlent Financial Statements in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange simultaneously. Neneng Rina Andriyani Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya Pengaruh Likuiditas, Financial stability Dan Financial Target Terhadap Fraudlent Financial Statement (Survei Pada Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022). Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan penulis yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskripitf. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk data sekunder diperoleh dari kajian pustaka dan pihak lain yang relevan. Alat analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Likuiditas, Financial stability, Financial Target dan Fraudlent Financial Statement pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia mengalami trend yang naik turun. 2) Secara parsial Financial stability dan Financial Target berpengaruh terhadap Fraudlent Financial Statement pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sedangkan likuiditas berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Fraudlent Financial Statement pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. 3) Secara simultan Likuiditas, Financial stability dan Financial Target berpengaruh terhadap Fraudlent Financial Statement pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia..
