Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) pada PT. Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk, yang terdiri dari Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Cash Ratio (CR) dan Return On Assets (ROA). Data penelitian merupakan data tahunan dari tahun 2009-2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat verifikatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Cash Ratio (CR), dan Return On Assets (ROA) merupakan prediktor yang terbukti dari Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Hasil lainnya menunjukkan Cash Ratio (CR) berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return On Assets (ROA) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Kata Kunci: Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Cash Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), dan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR)
